These terms govern the use of NisiHub by visitors, registered users, private advertisers, professional sellers, employers, and other participants.
NisiHub provides an online platform for publishing classified advertisements, searching listings, and connecting users.
Listings may include new and second-hand goods, properties, vehicles, jobs, and other permitted categories.
Unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific service, NisiHub is not the buyer, seller, employer, real estate agent, delivery provider, or contracting party in transactions arranged between users.
Publishing an advertisement does not mean NisiHub has verified the advertiser's identity or guaranteed the accuracy or quality of an offer.
Users must be at least 18 years old to create a personal account and publish listings, or satisfy any stricter legal requirement applicable to a particular activity.
Users must provide accurate information, maintain the security of their accounts, and report suspected unauthorized access.
Available sign-in methods may include email and phone verification, depending on the services currently enabled.
Verification of a phone number confirms control of that number during verification; it does not constitute full identity verification.
Users must accurately represent whether they act as private individuals or in a commercial or professional capacity, where disclosure is supported or legally required.

Users must update or remove listings that are sold, rented, filled, or otherwise no longer available.
Users must not publish or promote:
Stolen, illegal, or counterfeit goods.
Unlawfully marketed drugs, medicines, weapons, or dangerous items.
Products that infringe intellectual property rights.
Fraudulent financial or investment schemes.
Unlawful exploitation, harassment, threats, or discrimination.
Illegally traded animals, protected species, or cultural artifacts.
Non-consensual personal information or exploitative sexual material.
Spam, malicious links, scams, or unauthorized automated activities.
Items and services subject to specific legal restrictions may be advertised only where applicable requirements are met and the relevant category is permitted by NisiHub.
NisiHub may apply additional platform restrictions to certain categories.
Properties: Advertisers must have the legal right or authorization to offer a property. Property descriptions must be accurate. Agents must comply with relevant professional requirements.
Jobs: Advertisements must relate to genuine employment opportunities and comply with labor and non-discrimination laws. NisiHub does not become an employer by hosting job advertisements.
Vehicles: Sellers must accurately describe ownership, condition, documentation, and material characteristics. Buyers should conduct appropriate checks before agreeing to a transaction.
Second-hand goods: Sellers must disclose material defects and have the legal right to sell the advertised item.
Users arrange transaction terms directly with one another, subject to any legal obligations applicable to NisiHub.
Users should inspect items, confirm relevant documents, and verify important information before making payments or committing to a transaction.
Avoid suspicious advance payment requests, fraudulent delivery links, and requests to disclose passwords, banking credentials, or verification codes.
Unless separately introduced and expressly described, NisiHub does not provide escrow, payment protection, shipping, or guaranteed delivery services.
Basic features and standard listings may be offered free of charge under the platform's current settings.
If paid packages, advertisements, promotional placements, or subscriptions are offered, their price, duration, features, and payment conditions must be disclosed before purchase.
Paid promotion does not guarantee a sale, a particular number of views, or user inquiries.
Applicable cancellation, refund, and statutory withdrawal rights will be explained in the relevant purchase information and refund policy.
Listings may be displayed according to location, category, relevance, publication date, and available sorting choices.
Where sponsored placements are used, they must be distinguishable from ordinary results as required by applicable law.

NisiHub may review advertisements before or after publication and examine user reports.
Content that breaches applicable laws or platform rules may be rejected, restricted, deactivated, or removed.
Serious or repeated violations may lead to proportionate account restrictions.
Moderation decisions will be handled in accordance with applicable legal requirements, including explanations and available review procedures where required.
NisiHub does not undertake a general obligation to proactively monitor every item of user content beyond its obligations under applicable law.
Users and third parties may report suspected unlawful content through available reporting tools or by contacting info@nisihub.gr.
Reports should include the listing URL or identifier, the reason for the report, and sufficient supporting information.
Reports will be assessed objectively and in accordance with applicable law.
Where required, users will receive acknowledgment, information about decisions, and access to appropriate complaint or out-of-court dispute resolution mechanisms.
Users retain ownership of their original listing content.
By publishing content, users grant NisiHub a non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, display, technically adapt, and present the content to the extent reasonably necessary to operate the platform and display the listing.
This does not transfer ownership or provide unlimited third-party commercial exploitation rights.
Unauthorized scraping, bulk extraction, and unlawful commercial reuse of platform content are prohibited.
